To ensure long-lasting protection and superior performance, our power units undergo a meticulous surface treatment process. This includes sand blasting to SA 2/2.5 to achieve a clean, roughened surface, followed by the application of two coats of epoxy or polyurethane (PU) primer for excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance. Finally, two coats of finished epoxy or PU paint are applied, providing a durable, long-lasting finish that resists environmental factors, chemicals, and wear and tear. This comprehensive treatment guarantees that our hydraulic power units maintain their appearance and functionality even in harsh operating conditions, thereby extending their lifespan and reliability.
