A hydraulic manifold is a critical component used in hydraulic systems to control the flow of hydraulic fluid. It serves as the central hub where multiple hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, actuators, and hoses are connected and coordinated to manage fluid distribution. Manifolds are typically made from materials like steel or aluminium, and their design can vary depending on the specific needs of the system, including the type of valves, pressure and flow rates involved.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Manifolds are manufactured from either aluminum or continuous cast ductile materials or Steel or Forged Steel of high strength.
Up to 16 station manifolds available.
Pressure rated to 3000 PSI for aluminum and 5000 PSI for ductile.
Ports available are NPTF, SAE, BSPP, ISO and BSPT.
