Barrels
The tubes used for the cylinders are St 52 grade - COLD DRAWN SEAMLESS STEEL TUBES and are imported from reputed manufacturers.
Piston Rods
Piston rods are made of medium carbon steel. The material is checked for absence of cracks and other defects. A check is also made of the chemical composition and mechanical properties. Piston Rods are HARD-CHROME PLATED and ground to guarantee controlled ovality and concentrically surface finish.
Welded Joints
Welded joints, which are highly stressed, are made by using the MIG Welding Process and are thoroughly checked for Crack tests.
Seals
The Sealing components are very critical and is one of the important components of the cylinder. The seals are imported from world renowned sources Such as Hunger and Markel.
Testing
All Cylinders are tested for functional performance, to ensure that there are no internal or external leakages.
